Raemar This is a disjointed combination of many styles, heavily influenced by the 80's. Found myself reminiscing over popular 80's/90's tunes... if you grew up thereabouts, listen, you'll understand. I.e. intro of "Drive" had me fully anticipating a "Thun-der!" cry.

Nocturnal Stalker This is definitely not your typical blackgaze album. Although it has all the necessary elements of one, there is also that special something that makes it memorable. Favorite track: We Are Two Stars Colliding.

I was always intrigued by this group's choice of album covers, it isn't every day that you see high quality space photos in this genre despite the rise of "cosmic" black metal. But the music blew me away, this sounds like Austere took the atmospheric spacey route. (I will assume it's a coincidence that both bands are Australian) porcelainheart-
